We at Sincephetelo Motor Vehicle Accidents Fund are very excited to welcome you to our new website, and have no doubt that the feeling is shared by everyone who may be using our services now or in the future.

I have to make an assumption that you would have been informed through other media of the organization’s transformation over the past 20 years since the MVA Fund was established by act of parliament under the Motor Vehicle Accidents Act No.13 of 1991. The introduction of this website cuts out the middle man, and there will not be any  assumptions on our communication beginning now and going into the future. The website presents a direct communication tool whose veracity you can trust. What’s more, the digital age has blessed us (to the extent of spoiling us) with accessing information at the press of a button while in the comfort of our homes or anywhere within easy reach at little cost. 

You may be wondering why we are so excited with this development when the majority of organizations in our league long adopted what is now a beaten path. Well, there is a simple explanation; the past three years have seen drastic internal changes in the manner we do business here at Sincephetelo MVA Fund (even indicative in our enhanced and more meaningful name). This transformation has been done with you, our client, at the very top of our mind. 

We first had to make sure that we re-positioned and primed our organization to serve the client better before deciding on the best communication tools. This was a long, painstaking process that saw the crafting of a new cutting-edge strategic plan that takes us from 2008 to 2012. We have also broadened our scope to impact other stakeholders involved in the management of accidents and risk through the Road Safety Strategic Alliance initiative as we appreciate the important role they play in minimising traffic accidents. While we may well be pegged at the tail-end of the accident management chain, we, however, realise that working with players higher up in the chain spreads out the hurt – and only this way are we guaranteed of real success. 

Now, you will appreciate why we are excited with the introduction of this website among a number of new and existing communication tools. The website creates a convenient interactive platform that will encourage a two-way communication process. It will assist those members of the public who would require information on our services without having to travel to our offices. We have worked hard towards ensuring that the website is as user-friendly as it is informative, not only to benefit direct clients or claimants but also be useful to students, researchers, the business community etcetera.
